The 105 government–related depositions were programmatically extracted from the master catalog of 1,739 entries using a regular–expression filter applied to each entry’s abstract field. The filter matched any of the following term families (case–insensitive):

Once extracted, entries were sorted into six product lines using secondary regex classifiers for money ⁄ treasury ⁄ tax ⁄ sanctions, identity ⁄ citizenship ⁄ voting, defence ⁄ military, police ⁄ justice ⁄ surveillance, and public infrastructure ⁄ agencies ⁄ civic. Remaining unclassified entries were placed in the “Other Government ⁄ General Civic” bucket. Each entry is placed in exactly one bucket; the first matching theme classifier takes priority.
