26-autophi-on-demand-two

This is the technical specification. The deliverable it describes is the full 26-autophi-on-demand-two blueprint package.

Enterprise blueprint packages settle by wire transfer — their value is above any card ceiling. Request the package below and a reference number is emailed to you straight away. The package ships to you on a Blu-ray disc once the wire clears, so include the address it should be mailed to.

AutoPhi On Demand Two is the complete, re-engineered AutoPhi Future technology package — Project 19 (AutoPhi Miracle) folded into Project 18 (AutoPhi Future) as one unified product. It delivers the full AutoPhi Quantum-Classical Hybrid Supercomputer (AQCHS) design stack: an original CPU architecture (not derived from RISC-V, ARM, or x86) built around the “1 Light Trigger” concept and color mathematics; a six-tier chip series spanning Entry through Peak to Volume; the voxel-as-cell compute architecture with DNA-style photon chromosomes; executable seed voxels built through OpenLANE2; 1,000 pre-generated V19-Pinnacle IC configurations; five foundry handoff packages (TSMC, Samsung, Intel, SkyWater, GlobalFoundries); Blu-ray build tooling for 25 GB distribution discs; and all supporting documentation, pitch materials, seed matrices, RAG data, and scripts.
The package spans 4,171+ files in the source tree (25,237 total files including EDA flow output per MANIFEST.json) across 19 top-level directories. File categories: 9,980 documentation files; 6,485 data files; 4,999 EDA flow output files; 1,000 images; 508 HDL files; 216 chemistry/bio files; 65 web files; 22 source code files; 6 layout (GDSII) files; and 1,956 other files.

The AutoPhi Scale Series is an original CPU architecture combining a Light CPU (color-coded operations: Red = ADD, Blue = SUB, Green = MUL, Yellow = DIV) with a Quantum CPU (16-instruction creative set) in a unified hybrid design. The architecture is triggered by a single photon — the “1 Light Trigger” concept (patent 29/839,062 and patent 3561 2876).

The voxel is the fundamental cell of the die, using a DNA-style encoding with three strands:

Photon chromosome: (Ν, pol, path, I) = (opcode, phase/index, destination, operand). Wavelength encodes the opcode (Red = ADD, Blue = SUB, Green = MUL, Yellow = DIV); intensity encodes the operand value; path encodes address/destination; polarization encodes phase or operand index.

Voxel types defined: HYBRID, LIGHT, QUANTUM, IO, MEMORY, INTERCONNECT, BLANK, CROSS, ENERGY, COOL_SUPPORT. The chip is organised as a metal tree (no water, no real leaves): parts that send (INTERCONNECT, CROSS — data flow), parts that make energy (LIGHT/ENERGY — light → electricity), and parts that cool and support (COOL_SUPPORT — EM cooling, thermal management).

AES COGS paths documented: $20K AES COGS (1B volume, 3 nm, 240 dies, 5–10 year path); $5K AES COGS (10B volume, 1 nm, 12 dies, 10–15 year path). “AES” = actual (Latin aes = bronze) — the real, tangible price to function.

Versus industry (system-level comparison): AutoPhi AQCHS at ~8× a single NVIDIA H100 on TOPS (32,768+ vs ~4,000); ~2,800× on peak FLOPS (ZettaFLOPS card vs hundreds of TFLOPS); ~38× on interconnect bandwidth (150 TB/s vs ~3.9 TB/s). Plus integrated quantum, neuromorphic, photonic, LED recycling, and EM cooling — capabilities no other single-stack commercial processor integrates.

The package includes a complete seed matrix system for building seeds from the ratio of instruction set to calculation and performance per exchange. Input variables and formulas are provided in CSV, JSON, and documentation form.

Example scenario (130 nm): H = 20 mm, W = 20 mm, av = 0.31 mm², fv = 1×109 FLOPS, power = 400 W, AES = $20,000 → S = 400 mm², Nv ≈ 1,290, C ≈ 1.29×1012 FLOPS, ρ ≈ 3.225×109 FLOPS/mm², P$ ≈ 6.45×107 FLOPS/$, PW ≈ 3.225×109 FLOPS/W.

The package includes an executable seed voxel (autophi_voxel_blank) — a Verilog RTL module with the same port interface as the full hybrid voxel, built through OpenLANE2 to GDSII and LEF. The seed voxel has been run to completion on SkyWater 130 nm PDK, with results in scripts/openlane_seed_design/runs/.
