18-autophi-future - Copy

This is the technical specification. The deliverable it describes is the full 18-autophi-future - Copy blueprint package.

Enterprise blueprint packages settle by wire transfer — their value is above any card ceiling. Request the package below and a reference number is emailed to you straight away. The package ships to you on a Blu-ray disc once the wire clears, so include the address it should be mailed to.

Patent Status: U.S. Patent Application No. 18/370,908 — AutoPhi: Quantum battery integration & electromagnetic propulsion IC — filed 2023-09-21, pending examination at the USPTO Patent Center. U.S. Patent Application No. 19/540,453 — Integrated Technology Portfolio (umbrella) — filed 2026-02-13, pending examination at the USPTO Patent Center. Inventor: Christopher Gabriel Brown. Patent pending. All rights to seek additional patent protection are expressly reserved by the inventor.
AutoPhi Future (Project 18) is the exhaustive, forward-looking concept and roadmap repository for the entire AutoPhi semiconductor stack. It is one vessel: the original Project 18 concept enlarged by folding the re-engineered Project 19 (AutoPhi Miracle) into it — ratio, miracle calculation, seed matrix, valuation, quantum-photonic executable-seed path, standalone RAG, sell-and-distribute readiness, and complete clarity on what is quantum versus what is classical. One number, one reality. The product is not the chip as object; the product is the ratio of instruction set (from size) to calculation and performance per exchange.
This “Copy” variant (SKU 2047) contains the same technology base as the primary 18-autophi-future package. It shares the identical seed architecture, photon-chromosome encoding, metal-tree structure, nine technology elements, and the full MANIFEST of 7,661 files spanning HDL, EDA flow output, documentation, data, chemistry/bio artefacts, source code, images, layout, and web content.

The product is the ratio: instruction set (from size) → calculation (FLOPS) and performance per exchange (per dollar, per watt, per area). You supply envelope and node (size); you receive calculation and performance per exchange. No mainstream roadmap states that. The formulas are in the open; the ability to build seeds from the ratio is in the repository. That is the product.

ZettaFLOPS in real height and width, inside a normal run of an IC wafer: the right ratio in voxel-to-nm, the envelope, the power and cooling, the AES and COGS. That outcome to be found — the concrete dimensions and the number that put the whole chip, born at once, inside a real run — that is the miracle we call calculation. We build the whole chip at one birth. We input the result as the instruction. We draw the voxel, plan the pins, grow from root to trunk to branch to leaves. We add light and electrons when needed and transform into quantum. The finding of that ratio, that envelope, that number, is the miracle we call calculation. The value of a capability you never had is not a number.

AutoPhi Future posits a metal tree that computes. No water. No biological leaves. What flows through it is data; what it draws in is light; what it turns that light into is electricity to function. The chip is not a metaphor of a plant; it is a structure that fulfils the same roles in metal and in computation.

Voxel types — the species of this tree: INTERCONNECT, LIGHT, BLANK, HYBRID, QUANTUM, IO, MEMORY, CROSS. Mapped to tree roles: SEND (INTERCONNECT, CROSS, LIGHT as waveguide/router), ENERGY (LIGHT as light→electricity, IO as power/light in), COOL_SUPPORT (BLANK extended to thermal/decap/support, or dedicated COOL voxel). Compute and storage consumers: HYBRID, QUANTUM, MEMORY, IO.

Each voxel cell carries a DNA-style encoding across three strands — electron (classical), atomic (quantum), and photon (light). The photon chromosome encodes the real form in light. Four quantities map directly to computation:

One photon chromosome = (λ, pol, path, I) = (opcode, operand/phase, address, magnitude). This is the photon analogue of the classical (opcode, operands, result) and quantum (gate, mask, phase) chromosomes. The light trigger — single-photon computation initiation — starts the cell cycle. Three strands, one cell, one trigger.

The seed is the minimal, canonical specification from which every build is grown. It is not a single file; it is the canonical set:

Seed manifest: seeds/SEED.yaml — version 1, name “AutoPhi chip seed (18),” six axes: tiers, cogs_bands, cpu_gpu_dpu_all_in_one, voxel_roles, photon_chromosome, nine_tech. Reproducibility: same seed, same inputs, same result. Version the seed; version the chips. The seed defines the unit; scaling is by repeating and tiling — segment, stack, volume.

PDK: SkyWater 130 nm (sky130) via volare at PDK_ROOT. Growth into 3 nm and 5 nm uses the same RTL and flow concept; only the foundry PDK and node-specific parameters change (CLOCK_PERIOD 0.5–1 ns range; foundry-specific keys). Target foundries: TSMC, Samsung, Intel, SkyWater, GlobalFoundries.

EDA flow runs captured in the package: Multiple OpenLANE2 runs dated 2026-02-07, including full 57-step flows (01-verilator-lint through 57-klayout-streamout). Final artefacts include autophi_voxel_blank.gds, autophi_voxel_blank.magic.gds, autophi_voxel_blank.klayout.gds, STA corner results across three PVT corners (nom_ff_n40C_1v95, nom_ss_100C_1v60, nom_tt_025C_1v80), and all intermediate synthesis, floorplan, placement, CTS, and routing reports.

AES (from Latin aes = bronze) is the code name for “actual” — actual cost, actual price to function. Documented COGS paths: $20K AES COGS at 1B volume, 3 nm, 240 dies, 5–10 year path; $5K AES COGS at 10B volume, 1 nm, 12 dies, 10–15 year path.

The vision includes quantum: QUANTUM voxel type, whole-quantum options, hybrid quantum–classical, nine technology elements. The seed built today is classical: one cell, built with OpenLANE2 (synthesis + P&R), SkyWater 130 nm. No qubits in that block. Quantum is the path available when the right voxel types and RTL are added (in Projects 27/28 and beyond). No hand-waving. No scam. No one is lost.

How chips are made in AutoPhi: RTL (from 27/24/28) → synthesis (Yosys) → OpenLANE2 P&R → GDSII/LEF → foundry or package. Project 18 provides the seed voxel build (one cell), the ratio and seed matrix (formulas, CSV, JSON), and the Blu-ray packaging. Projects 24/27/28 provide the full RTL and build flows for bigger dies and systems.
