The design paradigm is deliberately one button, one voice connection, no screen, no app, no camera, no internet, no cloud, no data storage — a child or adult presses a single large button, the microphone opens, and the voice is streamed to a paired parent, guardian, or workplace base station over the 902–928 MHz ISM band. When the button is released, the link closes; nothing is ever recorded on either end. The paradigm was inherited and simplified from the NewStar One‑Touch Satellite Phone (Project 20) and the NCS‑19 Communications Satellite (Project 19), both of which are delivered inside this package as heritage bundles, so the buyer receives not only the pager line but the underlying satellite‑grade communications platform from which it was derived.

No audio is ever stored on either endpoint, no cloud or internet is required at any step, and there is no data‑exfiltration vector. This is the same no‑exfiltration philosophy as the NewStar satellite phone, adapted for local RF and child‑device battery constraints.

This package includes the complete NCS‑19 satellite system design — a quantum‑battery‑powered communications satellite platform with AES‑256‑GCM encryption, quantum key distribution (QKD), phased‑array antennas with beam hopping, and inter‑satellite laser crosslinks — providing the orbital infrastructure and protocol foundation that a future satellite‑connected PagerKid or PagerOne can evolve to interface with for effectively unlimited range.

This package includes the complete NewStar tri‑mode satellite phone design — a Windows‑based phone with direct NCS‑19 satellite connectivity and School / Business / Play tri‑mode operation — whose one‑touch paradigm and tested firmware stack directly seed the pager pairing, codec, and connection logic and provide a documented path for evolving the pager line into cellular and satellite variants with government‑grade encryption.

The disc carries the complete 07-one-touch-pagers/ source tree — a 149‑file deliverable comprising 123 documentation files, 7 source‑code files, 6 web files, 4 PDFs, 3 JSON data files, 2 OpenSCAD CAD models, 1 SVG hero graphic, and supporting text, with .md (115), .txt (8), .py (7), .html (6), .pdf (4), .json (3), .scad (2), .svg (1) extensions.
