Title of new patent: Scalable Electromagnetic Automotive Propulsion System with Optimal Torque Plate Configuration Methodology
Project status: 95 % complete — production-ready engineering package; physical prototype testing, supplier validation and EMC/EMI testing remain.
The Autocar Electronic Automotive Platform is a complete, production-ready engineering package for a scalable electromagnetic torque-plate propulsion system. It answers the critical question: “How many electromagnetic plates does it take to generate ultimate propulsion at military aeronautical measure?”
The answer: 30 electromagnetic torque plates, delivering 440 kN of thrust (exceeding the F-35 Lightning II at 190 kN by 131 % and the F-22 Raptor at 155 kN by 184 %), Mach 3.19 hypersonic capability, 86 % efficiency and 4,900 kW (4.9 MW) total power.

The package spans 226 files totalling more than 15,000 lines of code and 10,000 lines of documentation. It includes working Python control software with a Flask REST API and web dashboard, deep-physics simulation engines, Arduino embedded controllers, ASME/ISO-compliant engineering blueprints in DWG, STEP, SVG, JSON and CSV formats, a 64-layer GDSII foundry-ready IC layout for quantum-battery integration, six output-format generators (JSON, CSV, Excel, HTML, PDF, TXT), and more than 100 specification, patent, build, test and sales documents.
