It identifies compounds for dopamine neuron regeneration, alpha-synuclein aggregation prevention, mitochondrial function restoration, neuroinflammation reduction, and oxidative stress protection. The method uses probability and synthesis data and identifies mechanisms such as dopamine synthesis support, glutathione system support, and BDNF enhancement.<\/p>\n<p>Like the diabetes and Alzheimer&#8217;s embodiments, the Parkinson&#8217;s method is built on the Alchemy probability data system. The same database and API can feed multiple disease pipelines. The patent specifies the mechanisms (dopamine, alpha-synuclein, mitochondrial, neuroinflammation, oxidative stress) and the kind of support (dopamine synthesis, glutathione, BDNF), so that the method is reproducible and licensable.<\/p>\n<h3>Three Neurological Targets, One Portfolio<\/h3>\n<p>Diabetes (embodiment 10), Alzheimer&#8217;s (11), and Parkinson&#8217;s (12) form a therapeutic discovery cluster within the fifteen-invention portfolio.
