Efficiency is specified in the range of 84\u201398%. The system includes an LED power recycling circuit, optical quantum battery structure, and optionally CMOS integration and programmable configurations. Foundry-ready design and GDSII generation tools support manufacturing.<\/p>\n<p>Applications span IoT, electric vehicles, grid storage, data centers, medical devices, and aerospace. In the same application, the electric jet and the war satellite both use this battery as their primary power source, so the battery is not only a standalone product but the enabler for two other portfolio inventions.<\/p>\n<h3>Why \u201cQuantum\u201d and \u201cNano-Charging\u201d<\/h3>\n<p>Quantum-dot arrays and LED-based nano-charging allow energy capture and recycling at scales and through mechanisms that differ from conventional electrochemical cells.
